Ordering & Holiday Order Dates

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our menu or gift boxes, select what you love, and checkout! We’ll guide you step by step so your treats arrive perfectly.

Q: When do I need to place my order?

  • Thanksgiving Orders: Must be placed by Saturday, November 22nd.

  • Christmas Orders: Shipping for our Christmas boxes begins December 8th, orders must be placed by Saturday, December 20th.

  • Year Round Nationwide shipping boxes: All orders are shipped on Monday to ensure quickest delivery with the freshest product. Orders should be placed by Saturday for Monday shipping.

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?

A: We’re happy to help! Because our treats are made fresh in small batches, changes may not always be possible once production begins. Please contact us at hello@hardysbakery.com as soon as possible.

Shipping

Q: How does shipping work?

A: Our nationwide shipping boxes go out every Monday, carefully packed so they arrive tasting just as fresh as they would from our oven.

Q: Can you ship to my state?

A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. where fresh baked goods are allowed.

Q: How will I know when my order is ready?

A: You’ll get an email confirmation for shipping so you always know exactly when your treats are arriving.


Products & Ingredients

Q: Are your products made from scratch?

A: Absolutely! Everything is made in-house, in small batches, with real ingredients — no shortcuts, just love.

Q: Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options?

A: Unfortunately because we work with gluten flour we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination so we are unable call any of our products Gluten Free, even if there are made with gluten free products. We do offer gluten friendly and vegan products occasionally. Please reach out to hello@hardysbakery.com if you have specific dietary needs so we can be sure our product will work for you!

Q: Can I customize a box or order?

A: Not at this time. Nationwide shipping boxes have set items to ensure they travel perfectly. If you're looking to pick up locally, we can work with your requests. Reach out to hello@hardysbakery.com with any questions.


Payment & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (online). In-store, we also accept cash, card, and contactless payments.

Q: Do prices include taxes and shipping?

A: Local orders include applicable sales tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout.


Cancellations & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Because our treats are baked fresh in small batches, we may not be able to cancel once production starts. Contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to help.

Q: What is your refund policy for shipped orders?

A:  If a shipping box arrives damaged, missing items, or spoiled in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of deliverywith photos. We will gladly replace or refund affected items.

  • Because we bake fresh and ship perishable goods, we cannot issue refunds for changes of mind once the package has left our bakery.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the product?

A: We take pride in making every item with care, in small batches. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Tip for Customers: Sometimes freezing or gently reheating items can restore their freshness if they’ve been delayed in transit. We include instructions with every order!

Shipping & Storage Tips

Q: How do I store my baked goods?

A:

  • Most cakes and cookies are best at room temperature for 2–3 days.

  • Refrigerate perishable items like cream cheese cakes if not eaten within a day.

  • Enjoy them fresh or freeze for later — we include simple tips with every order.

Q: Can I freeze my order?

A: Yes! Many items freeze beautifully. Look for our included freezing and reheating tips.

Q: Do you offer corporate or large orders?

A: Yes! We love helping offices, events, and parties. Please reach out so we can make it special.

Q: Can I gift an order to someone else?

A: Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll ship or prepare it for pickup with a note if you’d like.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: All nationwide shipping boxes are beautifully wrapped with care. Local orders can be gift-ready upon request.
